I can't access my User Account

We use a secure password-less system to log into the User Account.

• To login, you go to https://quadspinner.com/account/ and enter your registered email address.
• A secure login link is sent to that email address. Click the link and you will be able to access the User Account.

I am not getting the email

• Make sure you the email address is correct and free of typos.
• Check your junk/spam folders and ensure support[at] quadspinner [dotcom] and support [at] mail[dot] quadspinner [dotcom] are whitelisted in your email provider.
• Note that sometimes the purchasing email and the email on the license may be different.
